Cancellation policy:
- No shows / cancellation before 24 hours= No refund & 100% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation after 24 hours onwards = 15% cancellation charges.
- Amendment charges(subject to the availability of rooms) = 10%

Terms & Conditions
* At time of CHECK IN, guest must produce a valid photo & address proof along with the booking voucher, which he booked on his name.

* Unmarried couple will not be entertained at any cost and there will not be any refund /cancellation for such bookings. Married couples must produce a valid photo & address ID proofs of both.

* ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES are strictly prohibited inside the premises of the Hotel and the management of the hotel reserves full rights to terminate such type of bookings at any time.

*Any damages caused to the hotel by the guest are chargeable.

*Room rates should be display as given above and the management will not encourage any rate parity.

* Booking voucher details should be clear with Room Tariff, Extra bed/ person, Tax, TAC, Plan..etc in separate columns(don’t mix up extra bed/person with the tariff)

*Any offers or promotions of the hotel should be in prior notice to us and Margin should not increase without prior information and acceptance.

* Taxes are subject to change as per the government order.

* Room rates may be valid till 31st MARCH 2018. However, room tariff is subject to change at any time, which will be informed to you in advance.
